Do you want to become a runner, but wonder if you can? Would you give it a shot it if your success was guaranteed?
Then this is your program! The 10-week Commit to 5K program combines my run coaching with the life coaching skills of Khatija Dadabhoy to help you identify and surmount potential obstacles to reaching your 5K goal. We will get you to the finish line with good running form and in a supportive group environment, and give you the tools to break through any barriers that might try to stop you from getting there. The program is extremely do-able and we know from personal experience that as long as you stick with it, you will definitely cross that finish line!
Over the 10 weeks, participants will receive:
- weekly running instruction in a group setting
- coaching in how to run safely and avoid injury
- video gait analysis
- strength training
- nutrition presentation by a health coach
- strategies to identify and surmount seeming obstacles
- one-on-one and group life coaching sessions
- opportunity to create new friendships and be a part of a healthy community
10K & Half Marathon TrainingI also provide 10K, half marathon, and marathon training and instruction for those ready to take it to the next level.
The program requires 3 workouts per week: we will do 1 together, and you will make room in your schedule for the other 2.
