Commit to 5K Beginner Running Programs

 

Don’t think you can run? Let us prove you wrong! Through my natural run coaching and the life coaching skills of Khatija Dadabhoy, you will learn to run with good form and be able to identify and surmount any obstacles that appear in the way of you achieving your goal.

I personally went from sitting on the couch nursing my baby to being able to run 3 miles in just 10 weeks. Since then, I have crossed many finish lines and I know you can, too. Not only have I done this myself, but I have led more than 100 women through their own Commit to 5K programs and experienced the great joy of watching them, too, run across the finish line. There is really nothing more satisfying than challenging yourself to do something you didn’t think you could and then grasping a medal in your hands to prove you did. Learning to run has empowered me. It has ultimately given me the confidence to take on bigger challenges, not only with regard to fitness, but also in my personal life. The fact that as a 40-something year old, I have found the courage to follow my heart and try to make a living doing what I love is truly a testament to the strength my athletic endeavors have given me. Here’s the thing–I know it can do the same for you!
